A Fan assembled in a double Skin or single skin enclosure with other components as per requirement like Filter, cooling coil, Desiccant bed etc to perform the function of circulating, cleaning, heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying & mixing of air.
AHU is used to control the parameters as per requirement of the space like :
- Temperature.
- Humidity.
- Air movement.
- Cleanliness.
We have following range of Air Handling Units :
- Horizontal Floor Mounted (500 CFM to 50000 CFM.).
- Ceiling Suspended Belt Driven (1000 CFM to 10000 CFM).
- Ceiling Suspended Direct Driven ( 1000 CFM to 4000 CFM).
Features of our AHU includes :
- Enclosure made of Sandwich panel having PUF insulation of 40kg/M3.
- Structure made of Aluminium extruded section.
- Filters are all extended surface filter & correspond to class G1, G2, G3, G4 for prefilter & class F5, F6, F7, F8 for Fine filter.
- Cooling or Heating exchanger units are made as per requirement with Aluminium or SS fins & Copper or SS tube.
- Humidification section with Evaporative cooling pad & Dehumidification section with Desiccant bed are designed as per requirement.
- Centrifugal fans are selected from Forward curve, Backward curve, Aerofoil type as per application of unit.
